A purpose isn't a to-do list. It's the compass. Every decision, every process, every partnership must serve this Purpose.

Before any CEO launches a new strategy, they audit what's holding the company back. Many of us carry negative core beliefs — silent company policies written in the past that still run operations today. "I'm not good enough." "I always fail." "I don't deserve success." These are NOT facts. They are outdated policies. Let's challenge them.
